LocalFlow Church CRM (“LocalFlow”) is designed to help local churches organize and manage church records and ministry information.
LocalFlow may allow a church to record information such as names, contact information, family information, church membership records, baptism records, discipleship information, attendance, and ministry activities.
The church or organization using LocalFlow is responsible for entering, maintaining, and protecting the information stored in its database.
LocalFlow is designed to store church records locally on the computer where the application is being used.
LocalFlow does not require church records to be stored on a central LocalFlow server for normal operation.
Because records are stored locally, loss of access to the computer, deletion of local application data, computer failure, or other problems affecting local storage may result in loss of records.
Churches should make regular backups using LocalFlow's Backup & Restore feature and store backup files in a secure location.
Churches using LocalFlow are responsible for determining what information they collect and for using, maintaining, and protecting that information appropriately.
Church administrators should limit access to authorized individuals and take reasonable precautions to protect church records.
LocalFlow should not be used to collect information that is unnecessary for church administration.
Churches should exercise appropriate care when entering personal or sensitive information into the system and should follow applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
If you contact LocalFlow through email, Facebook Messenger, or another contact method provided on this website, the information you voluntarily provide may be used to respond to your inquiry, provide licensing assistance, or provide technical support.
LocalFlow does not require church records stored within the LocalFlow application to be submitted through this website.
The LocalFlow website is hosted using third-party website services and may use features provided by Google Sites, Google Drive, or other third-party services.
These services may process technical information or information associated with their operation according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Download files, website services, and communication platforms may also be subject to the policies of the providers operating those services.
LocalFlow is designed as a local application so that church records can remain on the church's computer during normal operation.
Churches are responsible for securing the computers on which LocalFlow is installed, controlling access to the application, protecting backup files, and maintaining appropriate security practices.
No software or storage system can guarantee complete protection against every possible loss, unauthorized access, hardware failure, malware, or other security event.
Because LocalFlow stores church records locally, regular backups are important.
Churches should use the application's Backup & Restore feature regularly and maintain more than one secure copy of important backup files when appropriate.
LocalFlow is not responsible for loss of church records resulting from failure to maintain appropriate backups or from events affecting the user's computer or local storage, subject to applicable law.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to LocalFlow, its website, or applicable requirements.
The updated version will be posted on this page.
