Welcome to LocalFlow Church CRM (“LocalFlow”). By accessing or using the LocalFlow website, Demo, or software, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. About LocalFlow

LocalFlow Church CRM is church management software designed to help local churches organize people, families, church records, attendance, discipleship, and ministry activities.

2. Demo Version

The LocalFlow Demo is provided for evaluation and demonstration purposes.

The Demo allows churches and organizations to explore the available LocalFlow features and enter test or sample records during the demonstration period.

The Demo is intended to help churches evaluate LocalFlow before obtaining a Full License.

The Demo may be subject to a defined demonstration period, activation requirements, or other conditions communicated with the Demo.

3. Full License

A Full License permits the licensed church or organization to use the full version of LocalFlow according to the license terms provided at the time of purchase or activation.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable license terms, a LocalFlow Full License is intended for the church or organization identified during the licensing process and may not be transferred, resold, or shared with another church or organization without permission.

4. Authorized Use

LocalFlow should be used only for legitimate church, ministry, administrative, and organizational purposes.

Users should not attempt to bypass license restrictions, disable security or licensing mechanisms, modify the software to defeat its intended licensing conditions, or distribute unauthorized copies of the software.

5. Church Responsibility for Data

The church or organization using LocalFlow is responsible for the accuracy, confidentiality, security, and appropriate use of the information entered into the system.

Church administrators should provide access only to people who are authorized to handle church records.

6. Local Data Storage and Backups

LocalFlow is designed to store church records locally on the computer where the application is being used.

Users are responsible for making regular backups of their church database.

LocalFlow should not be considered a substitute for a church's own backup and record-retention procedures.

Loss of local application data, computer failure, accidental deletion, operating-system problems, malware, hardware failure, or other events affecting local storage may result in loss of information if no usable backup is available.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

Churches using LocalFlow are responsible for handling personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

Users should collect and store only information appropriate and necessary for their legitimate church administration purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

LocalFlow Church CRM, including its software, design, branding, graphics, documentation, and related materials, remains the property of its respective owner unless otherwise stated.

A license to use LocalFlow does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property to the user.

9. No Unauthorized Distribution

Users may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, redistribute, or provide unauthorized access to the licensed version of LocalFlow unless expressly permitted by the applicable license agreement.

The Demo may be distributed only through authorized LocalFlow distribution channels or with permission.

10. Software Updates

LocalFlow may be updated from time to time to improve functionality, security, compatibility, or performance.

Features, requirements, licensing conditions, and technical specifications may change as the software develops.

11. Availability and Limitations

LocalFlow is provided as a software tool to assist churches with administrative and ministry organization.

While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain and improve the software, no guarantee is made that the software will always be completely free from errors, interruptions, data loss, or compatibility issues.

LocalFlow is not intended to replace a church's own administrative procedures, record-retention practices, security measures, or legal and regulatory responsibilities.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time.

Updated terms will be posted on this page.

Continued use of LocalFlow after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
